Jupyter Logs Tooling

This is a toolset for collecting code changes in Jupyter notebooks during development time and viewing them later. It consists of (1) a plugin to collect the necessary data, (2) a server to receive and store the data, (3) a collection of post-processing scripts to process the data and conduct the analysis, and (4) a tool to re-execute notebooks from obtained logs, given the correct environment.
